RARE? Very old Deyrolle poster (Monnaie), 1860 Edible Plants

  

Very old school poster representing the food plants. Original edition by Emile Deyrolle, 23 rue de la Monnaie. 59 cm x 47 cm. Food plants: peas, beans, broad bean, chickpea, lentil, vetch, buckwheat, mustard. Satisfactory condition for its old age: signs of time are visible, traces, ink stains, missing material in some places, missing brass eyelet for hanging.

Dating of Deyrolle editions: the Deyrolle house was created in 1831. Plate editions for schools began with Emile Deyrolle in 1846. Address 19 rue de la Monnaie (from 1846 to 1860). Address 23 rue de la Monnaie (from 1860 to 1868). Address 27 rue des Batignolles (from 1868 to 1870).
