Slightly chipped on the reverse. Obverse inscription: ANTONINVS - AVG PIVS P P TR P. Obverse description: Laureate bust of Antoninus facing right. Obverse translation: "Antoninus Augustus Pius Father of the Fatherland, holding tribunician power." Reverse description: Honos (Honor) standing facing front, turned to the left, holding a laurel branch in his right hand and a cornucopia in his left hand.

Reverse translation: "Honori Augusti Consul quartum" ("To the Honor of Augustus, consul for the fourth time").
