Please feel free to contact me with any questions about this item. I will be happy to respond as soon as possible. If you have any additional information about it, please let me know.

Important: If you have not received your item within two weeks after your purchase and after I have sent you your tracking number, please contact me so I can open a claim with the postal service. This will give us time to follow up with them. Postal services are experiencing delays, which you can check on their respective websites. The third-party shipping provider is responsible for loss or damage, but delays may occur for various reasons and must be handled with patience and honesty. Thank you for your understanding.

Return policy: I offer a three-day return policy.

You have three (3) days from receipt to inspect the item and decide whether to keep it. If you decide to keep it, please leave positive feedback that same day so I know everything is satisfactory.

I can then do the same for you. Please initiate your return within one business day of your decision and use appropriate protective packaging.

Refund policy: I will refund the purchase price, but not the original shipping cost. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use the same shipping method when returning the item.

Once I have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed that it is satisfactory, I will be able to update you on the status of your refund.

Thank you for your understanding.
