Very rare Polish note from 1794, a “billet Skarbowy” or treasury bond for 4 Zloty. Condition: TTB+ (slight stain on the right side). The Kosciuszko Uprising was a patriotic uprising led by Tadeusz Kosciuszko in 1794 to free the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth from Russian occupation following the Russo-Polish War of 1792 and the Second Partition of Poland in 1793.
