Very beautiful example for a collection of 20 Francs Gold coins. Numismatic quality SUP +, much less common. Year of minting 1909, 3rd Republic. Minted from 1907 to 1914. Without indication of the mint mark, they are all minted in the Paris mint.

9,636,955 coins produced. The date 1909 is surrounded by a cornucopia and a torch. Not common in this high-quality grade. Contains approximately 900% fine gold.

Weight of the coin is 6.3 grams. Diameter of the coin is 21 millimeters. The bust of Marianne draped to the right wears a Phrygian cap decorated with an oak branch, a symbol of justice. Reverse: Standing rooster, walking to the left on a ground of grass and flowers. The year of minting 1909 is below the ground line.

The face value is indicated in the form 20Fcs, which is located on either side of the rooster. The legend states the motto of the republic: Liberty Equality Fraternity.
